Blasting
CNC TECH equipment allows manual blasting with metal pliers for metal parts. Our blasting booth has the dimensions of L-12m, l-5.5m, H-3m. We have equipment for measuring the roughness and quality of the surface after the blasting operation. We thus ensure compliance with the quality standards imposed by our customers, in collaboration with the Internal Quality Department of CNC Tech.
Blasting is the process of cleaning or finishing by abrasive blowing the surfaces of metal, stone, glass or other solid material. This type of technological operation is performed with the help of metal pliers, electrocorundum, sand or other granular abrasive materials that are propelled by speed by mechanical centrifugation or by a jet of gas (compressed air) or liquid (pressurized water) to the processed surfaces.
This process is used when, in order to paint, it is necessary to clean complex metal surfaces that do not allow the use of other methods. It is performed indoors due to the high degree of danger posed by the jet of compressed air and sand at very high speeds. The operation is used in the metallurgical industry, shipyards and in general wherever it is necessary to quickly clean surfaces.
Painting
Our company also offers industrial painting services for steel metal parts. Our painting / drying booth has the dimensions of L-12m, l-5.5m, H-3m. Industrial painting refers, first of all, to functionality and only secondly to appearance. Painting prevents seepage and corrosion, which are two of the most important purposes of industrial coatings, but they are far from the only ones. The result of industrial painting is a protective layer of paint that will withstand the harsh working conditions to which it will be exposed.
In addition to the possibility of painting with classic guns, we also have a paint pump with Mercur 45: 1 pneumatically operated fully equipped with 15ml paint hose, airless spray gun, which gives us the opportunity to paint with a very high productivity in a while short and of a special quality.
We have equipment for measuring the thickness of dry film paint (DFT) and its adhesion, according to ISO 2409. We use for painting two-component (epoxy and polyurethane) and one-component (alkyd-melamine) anticorrosive film-forming products, depending on customer specifications. Our paint manufacturer and supplier is SOVECORD INT SA.
