PLASMA AND OXYGEN CUTTING
The capabilities of our company allow the PLASTIC and OXYGEN CUTTING operations for steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheet, on a numerically controlled machine. The cutting table has the dimensions of 6m * 2m. With PLASMA (power of 260A) we can cut steel up to 32mm thick, very good quality and penetration and 60 mm with side attack. With OXIGAZ we can cut up to 150mm thick. It is equipped with a Hypertherm 260XD plasma source.
The use of a digital template and then the autonomous processing on the CNC, helps to eliminate the human error, the cutting being very precise. CNC cutting dramatically increases production capacity, with high scalability. From the moment the parameters are defined and introduced in the software of the machine together with the project specifications, there is the possibility of constant execution of very large quantities of sheet metal.
The benefits of computer numerical control are indisputable, but we must not forget the usefulness of conventional mechanical cutting machines whose use is required in certain cases. The existing equipment helps us to be very flexible and fast in the execution of orders, so that we can debit both small and large series, in a timely manner for our own or our customers’ needs. Our equipment allows us to cut the whole range of materials we use in production, sheets, round or rectangular pipes, rounds, metal profiles, laminated profiles and all qualities, steel, stainless steel, aluminum.
PERMANENT STOCKS
We have in permanent stock, S235 sheet with a thickness of 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 18, 20, 22, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 120mm.
MECHANICAL CUTTING
Our company, CNC Tech, can cut on saws with infinite tape, materials up to the size of 400x250mm. Mechanical cutting is performed in the mechanical processing workshop, with the help of specialized machines and equipment:
– FDT 16 * 3000 sheet metal cutting scissors — offers the possibility of cutting the sheet with a maximum thickness of 16mm and a width of 3000mm;
– FDT 8 * 2500 sheet metal cutting scissors — offers the possibility of cutting the sheet with a maximum thickness of 8mm and a width of 2500mm;
– mechanical saws with infinite blade — offers the possibility of cutting up to the maximum dimensions of 400 * 250mm.
PERMANENT STOCKS
We have a permanent stock for a wide range of drawn materials (round and flat strips) made of steel and aluminum and we can offer those interested the material cut to the desired size and quantity.
